Life is movement movement is life! Your body being so highly adaptive, will look exactly like what you do with it most often.

What does your average 24/7 look like? Think about it. From the time you crack your eyes open in the morning, what do you typically do? Whatever it is, you are training your body to adapt to it. How do you move, how much do you move? Where do you move and what is the quality of how you move, sit, stand, breathe, sit, walk, play, relax, etc? How often do you sit? Are you like the average American who sits 9.2 hours each day and sleeps barely 7 hours?

How often do you get up when working at a desk or studying or when on your computer or devices? How much do you drive, travel, train, work in the garden, clean your house? While you are doing these things, are you conscious and aware of your posture, breath (we breathe over 23,000 times each day!), mobility, stability (your connections between brain, nerves and muscles), strength and endurance?

These are the pillars of your fitness and each should be addressed if your goal is to optimize your health and well-being.
