Most of us know we eat for energy and to provide our body the nutrition it needs to constantly repair, rebuild and adapt based upon our individual daily demands.


Did you know every year you replace so many of your cells you actually rebuild a whole new body on the inside? Almost every cell from every system and every organ gets replaced (even bones about every 4-7 years). Your cells are made up of what you eat and many are replaced multiple times throughout the year.

This is the simple reason why eating fresh, “live” food and hydrating properly is critical to your health, immunity, recovery, performance and quality of life. Your long term well-being will suffer if you don’t realize food is your best medicine.
